2. You might go through the sagas looking for feasts. I know that some are
described, but I don't remember what, if anything, was said about serving,
and I am currently in Colorado, en route home from Pennsic, so don't have
access to my library.

3. "Remove" is not, despite SCA usage, a period term for "course." "Course" is.
