SC - NAZI-NAZI-NAZI

May I suggest, that instead of period Nazi, or period Police or any of those
other phrases, we use something fairly politically innocuous, such as Snark
or Boojum, for the purposes, at least, of the Cook's List? Many of the other
phrases we use/have used have very nasty connotations for many people, which
can make them feel far more badly abused than something from a Lewis Carroll
rhyme would.

I'm thinking particularly of people such as Duke Sir etc. Cariadoc, a Jewish
person (sorry, C- I figure using you as an example, you're tough enough to
deal with it) who, despite his strong beliefs in being as period as he can,
must absolutely cringe when he is referred to in that manner. This is not
cool. Much as I hate the phrase "political correctness", we don't want to
inadvertantly hurt people we actually hold in the highest regard.

Even if he does have a shade of yellow named after him ;-)

The World's Need

So many Gods, so many creeds,
So many paths that wind and wind,
When just the art of being kind
Is all this sad world needs.
