Ahhhh
This definition was decided upon by 2 protégés, 1 apprentice, 2 pelicans & 1
laurel (who concurred, I might add) & since peers are NEVER wrong, who am I to
argue :-)

It's like the Pelican costuming technique 101:  get a laurel to do it!
