SC - Dragons

hello the list,

 I found this while tearing off dates from a calendar 
of old not much used words, ( it's from July 28th date- yes I know, I 
really got behind, and it got burried under all that fabric scrap) 
but the 28th is the feast day of St Martha who according to legend 
subdued a dragon by dousing it with Holy water, so there would be 
your more humane way of offinf said dragon, than smacking it several 
times in the head with a rock.
