hmmm...sounds like a cured haggis of some kind,  what spices would
they use in such a dish?  Dill? I'm not much of a teste muncher but
I'm curious about foods (hey, if you can eat american scrapple, you
can eat about anything).

I hope you don't mind that I'm horribly amused that such a place exists.  I 
suppose it would have to.  Is it a serious place or a
toung-in-cheek kind of thing?
