SC - Blue foods or period coloring method?

Dare I mention the Cerulean Blue Sauce from Redon's "Medieval Kitchen"?

If it comes out blue, let me know what type of berry you used.

Note: Yes Stefan I know I still haven't yet written that article for the
Floregium.  I'll get to it - I promise.
