Yeah, pretty much. Mistress Rannveigr Haakonardottir, OP, mundanely a
forensic patholigist (her term being that she's a doctor whose patients
are already dead) examined the gentleman in question before his morning
caffeine infusion one day at Pennsic some years ago, and pronounced him
legally dead, based on blood pressure, pulse, body temperature, etc.

But pretzels just happened to be what was in his mouth on the day of the
MIB incident...
