Only is the SCA within the borders of the United States of America. The cooks 
in the rest of the world's SCA groups are not subjected to this particular 
'restriction.'

Also, remember, although the cook cannot provide appropriate drinks for 
feasts in the SCA, any one of their friends CAN provide such nourishment if 
the site itself is not dry.
