That would be about the size of it. Being a Yankee (I was born in Washington 
DC and raised in nearby VA) I have only my love of cooking shows to fall back 
on as to what would be more properly served in "suthun" areas at weddings. 
I'm in FL now, but haven't been to a wedding yet.  ::grin::  I just didn't 
want to take the chance of saying "This is Southern!" when I might be acting 
like a carpetbagger. (second definition in the Merriam Webster dictionary...)
