menestra is: "Cierto género de guisado ó potage, heche de diferentes hierbas
ó legumbres." - i.e. various chopped up greens and vegetables.

The gazpacho entry is longer than I quoted but I´m not going to attempt to
translate the rest - maybe someone else will have a go at it. What I thought
I could understand looked interesting.
