SC - What is "period"? - long

Actually, the stuff is really called "Compost"...I made it for Coronation, and
had some very anxious moments about listing it by it's period name in the menu!
The one I did was a strange, but delicious combination of root veggies and fruit,
and even those who were really uncertain about how it would taste loved it!
