I love my check pants, and I love my white chefs coat. I even love my
neckerchief. They all mean I'm going somewhere with my life. They mean I
have a profession. However I too balk at the hats. I HATE my hat with a
vengance. It is the first thing I rip off at the end of class. I don't
CARE if it's tradition, with it on, I feel like an overgrown, human version
of the Swedish Chef from the Muppets.
