SC - How do I get started?

 I can see for myself which dishes are eaten and which ones are pushed
back under the lettuce.  (like my recent attempt at Pottage of Meat).

	Hey, which one did you do and what went wrong?  I just did all of those
beef dishes, and several were pottages.  I even saved a quart of the
liquid off of one (with lots of yummy saffron in it, :p )  but the smell
of the beef cooking in my kitchen for over 24 hours put me off of eating
the stock. (I haven't eaten beef in over 25 years.)  I still like many of
the recipes we have made, so I'm interested in your go at one.
