	Ok, now you've been on long enough.   
	It seems we go in cycles, though, of loads of really cool stuff, and
then a week or so of flame.  The flame cycles have been coming more
often, though, and I hope this recent discussion will help to bring us
back to a more civilized sort of kitchen.  (When watching the movie "The
Long Kiss Goodnight", the scene where Gina Davis starts chopping
vegetables at breakneck speed, and then throws the knife against the wall
and says "Chefs do that", I have had to set the guys straight by saying,
"No, Chefs don't do that.  Throwing knives [and food] is considered quite
a no-no".)
