I wholeheartedly agree. The issue is not the criticism nor the disagreement
or difference in perception or opinion, there is just some rude commentary
that is unnecessary. Pointing out inadequacies, inaccuracies etc is good and
should be encouraged otherwise we can misinform others with our own falacies.
There is a story of a woman who cut the ends off her roasts and threw them
away. Every roast she cooked. When questioned about it, she replied that
that's the way it's done, the end meat is no good. When pressed, she called
her mother who did the same thing. Her mother always thought that's the way
its done as well so she called her mother. The grand mother replied, "I cut
the ends off the roast because they didn't fit in my roaster".
It's ok to question, prod and sometimes be demanding to get to the bottom of
things. Just no need to be rude. What goes around comes around.
I will let this thread die, since I think most people are tired of hearing
about it. Please email me personally if you want to continue. I'd welcome it.
