And permission to make up to 500 copies for educational use, IIRC.
Most folks on this list including those that have published professionally
like Cindy Renfrow and Dr. Gloning also post recipes as an educational
service. I have posted many recipes to the list and Master Huen has many at
his web site.

A web search of 'medieval recipes', period recipes, medieval cooking, the
name of any of the regular posters to this list, etc., will provide lots of
links to not a few sites that contain already to use recipes. Plus many
others that are not as accurate but still useful to the beginning historical
cook.
