	It isn't the traditional way but it is a Scotish Fast Food item.  I realy
did enjoy it that way.  I have yet to get it the regular way & doubt if I
will here in the States.

	There are health laws about lung because it can cary a form of Anthrax
that is transmitable to humans.  This is also why importing raw hides is
illegal.
