Ilia asked what it is.  This dinner celebrates, and in part recreates, the Exodus of the Hebrews from Egypt.  OCC (Obligatory Cooking Content):  Certain foods are mandatorily eaten during the seder to commemorate the event, and you must drink four glasses of wine.
