No. Le Jeune Chef is the restaurant associated with the food service 
department. The Visiting Chef' series involves prominent chefs in their 
particular field of expertise (past guests have been Julia Child, Jeff Smith, 
Prudhomme, etc.). The 'visiting' chef presents a menu and cooks a meal with 
the cooking students as helpers for a limited number of 'guests' at around 
100 bucks a plate. The guests also hear the chef speak and are able to 
interact with him/her during the course of the meal. It is separate from the 
cooking show on PBS.
