SC - Translation of Libro del arte de Cocina por Diego Granado,1599

Greetings and Good news.  I spoke with the on campus Spanish teacher 
concerning the translation of the listed tome.  She has agreed to help even 
though if we publish it, there probably would not make any money other than 
to cover costs.

I have copied the first 250 pages.  Will go from there.

I just want to make sure that no one else is working on same project.
