Send a message to majordomo at ansteorra.org

In the body of the message write:

subscribe sca-cooks-digest

Majordomo will subscribe the address you sent the message from
to the digest. If you desire it to a different address then just put the
address at the end of the command:

subscribe sca-cooks-digest <address>

If you are subscribed to the regular list it would be a good idea to
unsubscribe that address as well.

unsubscribe sca-cooks
