SC - Dangers of pressure cookers

My mother has used one for 32 years with no trouble.  She also has a low 
pressure chicken fryer that has been no trouble for 25 years.  As with any 
hazardous tool (knives, electric hair dryers, toasters): Read the 
directions, follow the directions.
