Unfortunately we are in the age of fashionably undercooked vegetables.
What, in the name of little green apples do some people see in heating up
raw vegetables.  I like raw vegetables, I like cooked vegetables, but this
cross is strange to me. IMO if you are going to cook 'em, cook 'em good.
