I'm working on completing the list:

pepper (black?)
long pepper
cubebs
grains of paradise
ginger
galgant
nutmeg
mace
cloves

saffron
rosemary
sage
parsley
hyssop
majoram
thyme
mint


I *know'* that there are things I've missed in this list, but I can't
think of them right now.

As said earlier this is for the small chest which I will bring to the
Double Wars this spring (week-long camping event). Currently I am at 17
entries, so the projected capacity is for 20 or 25 jars. The basic idea
is that with this I'll at least have all the spices I need for anything
remotely conventional.

Also I'll need to bring rosewater, verjus, vinegar, oil, etc, of course.
