SC - Redaction groups

What we do is sit around munching on tidbits and go through cookbooks and 
share what we have done.  For a while, we would do it ahead of time and 
bring our prepared redacted recipes to share and then discuss our choices 
and how we would each make it differently.  However, I was usually guilty 
of not having written down exactly what i did.  IE did I use a teaspoon or 
a tablespoon.  I tend to season to taste.
