I have no doubt that this is true. My doubts are that zatar and za'atar are 
remotely alike in usage which seems to be the preposition presented at the 
beginning of this discussion. In also doubt, given the recipe example that 
zatar is a 'usual' ingredient in the spice mixture za'atar.
