No need to apologize. A suggestion though: Placing OOP after the subject line 
will go a long way in helping those who automatically delete most posts that 
they are aware of that are not concerned with a period subject. Adding OT 
(off topic) for non-food/cooking/kitchen related posts is also a helpful 
gesture.

Just a suggestion to make reading and deleting 500 plus e-mails a day a 
little bit easier for some of us.
