Actually most of the content of that list is already in the sugar-msg file
in the Florilegium. Its just in various messages and not collected in
one message. Although there is something to be said for having it
collected in one message even if it repeats what is said in other messages.
I still have that message in a digest fragment, so I may reconsider.
