Or...I'm sorry, I can't give you a copy of this recipe I've just
translated...I'm putting them in a book I'm writing, and I'm afraid you'll steal
my idea.  This came from a person who was teaching a class about a
Spanish/Catalan book he was translating.  He talked about the food and the
styles of the recipes and some of the ingredients.  Then he provided samples of
the food itself.  However, he wouldn't even give us the recipes for the
samples!  Very frustrating.

To be honest, I would have been far more likely to have purchased his book when
it finally gets published (years from now, according to the author) had I been
given these recipes as a "teaser"!!
