SC - Chopping onions

Probably the fact that after a little while it don't smell like onions,
just a really unpleasant, strong odour that can be a pain to wash out
normally.  I don't know what causes it, maybe a wierd reaction with the oil
on your hands or something,  This is why I waaer latex food prep gloves
when chopping the little beggers.  I throw the stink out with the gloves.
