Muirghen,
I have a copy of this book.  It has absolutely no
documentation as to where they get their facts,
recipes, and information.  Many of the recipes are
modern.  The rest are questionable.  If you want a
better Polish cookbook with period recipes you should
buy instead, "Food and drink in Medieval Poland."
