SC - fake crab

I happen to like surimi, but on its own merits. Though I have seen some
that actually does have real crab mixed in with the whitefish...

My favorite way to do it is mixed into bottled alfredo sauce with frozen
green peas-dont ask me why, but i had it at a party once and liked it
;-| and now add a few extras in, like a tad of lobster base and some
good sherry, and garnish it with bacon crumbles and thyme[fresh leaves]

crab sticks (abominations), and is the only part of the imposters that
once was close to a crab.
