Hej! Brandu,
Could Liver Wurst or Calves Liver be Kosher? Since there is a probition
on eating Blood I don't think you could make any Organ Meat Feast Kosher
could you? I just put down dishes that I had eaten that were not the usual
mussel types of meats that most people think of. As a Southerner by birth
most of the dishes listed were servered me in my youth, not many were to my
liking
The only time I have had Haggis was in Scotland at a Fish & Chips Shop on
the pier in Holly Loche. I had enjoyed the Fish & "new" Chips but was
still hungry so I asked the counterman "What do you have that is
traditionaly Scottish?" He replied "This is a' Haggis." He gave me a large
eggroll sized deep fried item which I enjoyed. Then I asked what was in
it. The old Scot looked at me & said "If ya' doa' know , ya' dona wana
know."
Hej!
