I have been trying to get info about this book so that I can offer it for 
sale at Pennsic.  Unfortunately--

    While it may be listed at $127.50 on Amazon, Columbia Univ Press (John 
Wiley's American agent) wants $255 for it (less a bookseller discount, of 
course...)  When I called John Wiley to see if I could order it directly from 
them, since THEIR web site also listed L75/$127, they said
    1) They can't sell to me, since they have a contract with Columbia, and
    2) That price is probably WRONG, since the book should sell for $200.

I'm confused.....
