SC - Re. Soup for the Qan

I just e-mailed Paul Buell, the author.  His statement was that there is a
snowball's chance in Hell.  The publisher is probably about to go belly up,
so this edition will pretty much be IT! for the foreseeable future.  If
possible he would like to do a cut down version at some later date, but
don't hold your breath.
