	Adamantius mentions in his pantry:
Several different types of preserved duck eggs...
and we're fresh out of fermented embryonic duck eggs,
my own nominee for the scariest food on earth.

Recipes please? I've just found a supplier for duck and goose eggs.

Not sure I actually WANT to try and find fermented embryonic duck eggs.
Isn't it kinda icky cracking open an egg and getting a fetus? <initial
reaction submerging under culinary curiosity> How do you cook them? What do
they taste like?

BTW, the fresh water chestnuts were absolutely delicious. I stir fried them
with fresh galangale, turkey, and oyster mushrooms. I see what you mean
about an apple/coconut taste. Definitely a 'do-again-soon'.
