I've wanted to try eel. I've just never searched out a local source. We
have discussed cooking them and sources here on this list. Check this
file in the FOOD section of my files:

And for the others perhaps these will give you an idea and where to search
some more:

I wish someone down here would cook such a feast. But there would have
to be some alternatives for my wife, who will not even touch any of
those. However, thanks to her helping out at the prep sessions for
some SCA feasts she will now touch raw meat, so there is progress
being made. :-)
