SC - Indian cookbook

The closest thing I have been able to find to a period Indian 
cookbook is the _Ain i. Akbari_, which has, among other things, a 
description of how to make a flat bread. It's late 16th century. 
There is supposed to exist a 19th c. English translation of an Indian 
book that might be a period cookbook, but I have been unsuccessful in 
trying to locate a copy.
