A quick note on publishing to cd-rom

Adobe Acrobat can support chinese fonts per their website, so burning
the freeware adobe reader at the beginning of the disc would give the
correct tool for reading the e-cookbook. For those who want to
manipulate it in *.txt format, we can include the graphics as a *.jpg
format, with the text in *.txt format that can be handled by wordpad in
pcs, and the *.txt reader for macs.
