A wonderful posting, Philip. And if you can't
find Anasazi beans by Pennsic let me know. I
have a source for them here and can get you
however many you need.

On that note I've discovered a wonderful new
food chain. It's called Sun Harvest and it basically
has the products of Whole Earth Foods with
Albertson's prices. Inexpensive but organic and
bulk products. I just bought a pound of shade grown
coffee beans for $6.99. They have bulk pastas, beans,
grains, flours, and mixes as well as free-range meats
and eggs. You should see if there's one in your town.
