Specifically..at the Pennsylvania College of Technology.  It is considered an 
excellent restaurant (the prices reflect this!)   I can't say from personal 
experience...I've never eaten there.  Then again..this is not exactly an area 
known for it's cuisine (unless it's PA Dutch german!)
