Dear Melissa

Regarding the product White Wings Corn Cornflour which is listed as 100%25
cornflour and gluten-free. The cornflour is made from Australian corn. The
corn
maize is soaked, ground up and the starch (cornstarch) and protein are
separated. (Although corn protein is sometimes referred to as corn gluten,
this
is not the type of gluten that must be avoided by persons with coeliac
disease). To my knowledge I am not aware of any differences with American
corn
starch. The product is classified as suitable for gluten free diets as it is
made from 100% corn starch and not wheat.

Kind regards

Natalie Saunders
