Booked? Booked?  That won't be required, I'm gonna keep you chained to the
steamer in the kitchen all night for the entire night :)  Still, it's a long
way off yet.  I'll do another redaction over the weekend. Maybe Barbecued Pork,
which looks very much like cha sui, but steamed...
