I always thought that Whipped Cream was whipped Single Cream - at least 
that's how I was taught to make it in Britain....  If this is true, then I 
wonder why this source lists the milk fat content as higher in Whipped cream 
vs Single Cream....  Also, I've never heard of Whipping Cream in Britain, I 
thought it was an American thingy.
