Thanks, Stefan, for pointing to the material in the Florilegium. Please
note, that my old uni-giessen-URL does not work any more. The stuff is
now at Marburg. The list of German sources in a chronological order is
at:

- -- http://staff-www.uni-marburg.de/~gloning/germcook.htm
(At the beginning of this page, there is a link: "Additions welcome".)

The start of the cookery section with links to electronic texts is at:
- -- http://staff-www.uni-marburg.de/~gloning/kobu.htm

I began, to make up an ordered bibliography: it starts with Apicius,
goes on to Arabic, Catalan, Dutch, English, French, Italian etc.
cookery, wine, dietetics...
- -- http://staff-www.uni-marburg.de/~gloning/cookmat.htm

Have fun,
Thomas
