Hello, I'm back after a long absence from the list. I was following this
line and wondering....how old were your kids when you introduced them to
period foods? I ask because my youngest is 7 and some of her first solid
foods were at period feasts. I have never had a problem getting her to
eat at a feast. In fact, the once I sent her to the kids' feast, she
complained because "there wasn't any REAL food" (would you believe she
doesn't like french fries?). My 13 year old stepdaughter however, is
very picky at feasts (she didn't go to her first event until she was 9).
I'm curious to see if this pattern holds true with other peoples
children.
