I find a reasonably priced copy of the book through www.abebooks.com about 
every three or four months, actually. Reasonable to me is less than$40. 
Though they often have the higher priced ones as well. I got my copy for $28. 
I'm just glad that someone snagged this copy. It was the best price I had 
ever seen.
I've also seen copies through www.bibliofind.com - and not at the same 
bookstores as www.abebooks.com.
