If you do the tofu thing, we found a modern recipe for it that makes the most
wonderful snacks.

Freeze the tofu.  Thaw it out, slice it into half-inch slices and marinate it
overnight in Jamaica Jerk Seasoning.  Then fry it in olive oil until brown.

This is so easy to make and is a wonderful snack food.
