That is no problem. The expiration date is the last date it can be sold by, 
not the day it has to be thrown away. Meat will last an additional 7 days, 
processed dairy products should easily last up to weeks from the expiration 
date providing you store them correctly and do not open the ahead of time. It 
should last in a cold refrigerator at least until the time you need it.

Freezing sour cream will cause it to separate when it is thawed.
