Have you ever tried stuffed artichokes?
Cut the top flat, spread the leaves just a bit and stuff with a mixture of
breadcrombs, garlic, grated cheese, parsley, salt , pepper and just enugh
olive oil to make a thin paste.
Steam until tender.
I think I'm going to break my budget and make some.
